One place we’d need to re-visit is Lagos, Portugal.  Our 4 day Airbnb was perched atop Praia da Dona Ana, regularly voted one of the best Algarve beaches.

As a bonus, it’s also right on the Lagos-to-Luz portion of the Fisherman’s trail, a part of the larger Rota Vicentina and the Historical Way, a 450 Km network of walking trails that weave in and around Portugal’s coast.

We have to go back there!
